Rose Hill Center employs over 55 people in full- and part-time positions ranging from case managers and support staff to kitchen, maintenance and grounds keeping workers.

We offer a comprehensive orientation and training program for all new employees. Topics include medication, recipient rights, passive restraint, CPR, first aid, behavioral modification, and more. Periodic in-service training keeps the staff updated in all topics related to the care of people with mental illness.

Full-Time

Direct Care Worker – This position works directly with the residents, assisting them in meeting their treatment goals. Current openings are on the afternoon and midnight shifts, both of which include weekends/holidays. Benefits are available including health, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, vacation and sick pay.

Part-Time
