Mission: To provide a highly effective therapeutic program for adults with mental illness so they can learn to manage their symptoms, achieve their highest level of independence, and go on to lead rewarding lives.

Vision: Recovery can take place when people receive professional psychiatric care, participate in meaningful daily activity, develop mutually supportive relationships, and engage in their own treatment program.

At Rose Hill, our mission is accomplished within the following four programs:
